Trust to submit annual report; FY27 budget and ADU work remain pending

Fred Clark said the Trust’s annual report is ready for inclusion in the town annual report and trustees had no substantive edits; he said he would submit it to the town. “I thought you'd wanna see it before we submitted it,” Clark said when presenting the document, and trustees agreed it was fine to submit.
Clark also reported he had not received FY27 budget materials from Ananda and therefore was not prepared to discuss the fiscal-year 2027 budget; he described the meeting as possibly being short for that reason. He additionally noted the ADU program work with Berkshire Regional Planning is delayed while the regional planner was on vacation and that “there’s only 1 or 2 small little items to sort out.” Trustees did not take action on the budget or ADU program at this meeting.
