Trustee Eileen asked for clarification on phase counts, saying, “I don't quite understand the phase 2 because it adds up to more buildings than are allowed,” and Clark responded by explaining how the lines in the report map to individual houses and that two of the first-phase houses are closed and occupied. Trustees discussed continued volunteer involvement and the sales pipeline, with Clark reporting six families in the pipeline for units.
