Selectboard ratifies payroll and two payables batches, approves minutes

The Selectboard approved its Feb. 5, 2025 minutes and ratified payroll and payables during its Feb. 19 meeting. A motion by Mary-Catherine Graziano to approve the minutes was seconded by Cary Sandvig and carried with all members voting in favor.
The board ratified payroll dated Feb. 12, 2025 for $3,650.89 and a payroll transfer to the Internal Revenue Service and Vermont Department of Taxes for $883.28. Two payables batches were approved, for $7,838.95 and $5,430.99; motions to ratify Chair Peter Brzozowy’s signatures and to approve the payables passed unanimously, with motions and seconders recorded in the minutes.
