Main to remove unapproved fencing, clean up debris, register vehicles and repair the sidewalk within 30 days of the resolution's passage; the motion passed 4-0. Hrabe also volunteered his time, saying he would help along with Harley Laughlin and Kyle Combs to repair the concrete sidewalk to keep costs down, and warned that "there is to be no more parking on it or citations will be given." Staff will draft the resolution and schedule any necessary inspections or follow-up enforcement.
