Park Board recommends Kaelyn Rahe and Kaytlin Fischer for appointment to board

The Park Board unanimously voted to recommend Kaelyn Rahe and Kaytlin Fischer to the City Council for appointment after both applicants introduced themselves and Administrator Bromeland reviewed Section 19.010 of the City Code.
Park Board Member Anthony White moved, and Don Wesely seconded, a recommendation to City Council to appoint Kaelyn Rahe and Kaytlin Fischer to the City of Eagle Lake Park Board; the motion carried unanimously. The board made the recommendation at its July 9, 2026 meeting, which adjourned at 7:51 a.m.
Both applicants introduced themselves to the board and described their interest in serving. Administrator Bromeland reviewed Section 19.010 of the City Code, the ordinance governing the Park Board’s composition and responsibilities, before the board took the motion. The recommendation now goes to the City Council for final appointments.
