At the Jan. 26 special meeting the Selectboard determined that organizations that had not formally requested funding would not be budgeted for an appropriation in 2025, citing fiscal responsibility. The minutes record that this was a deliberate policy choice for the coming year rather than an oversight.
The Board also added an estimate for interest due on a loan repayment to the Trustees of Public Funds into the budget and asked staff to reconfigure accounting spreadsheets so transfers from the General Fund to the Lister Fund are clearer.
