The agreement includes insurance protections and a scheduling framework; a typical contracted arrangement provides up to 50 days and a fee structure if Constellation exceeds scheduled days. The council approved the first reading by roll call vote 6-0; a follow-up administrative contract and schedule will be implemented by staff.
