Harbor of Grace outlines new womens residential beds and national-first female responder program

He said the facility serves law enforcement, fire, EMS and federal agencies and that the city cooperated on the Foley-house acquisition. Council members thanked Harbor of Grace for its work and asked about an open house; presenters said the center would schedule a community open house in the coming weeks and maintain neighbor communication during opening and operations.
