Council hears committee and staff updates; discusses potential Sullivan Drive de-annexation and water access

On the agenda item regarding Sullivan Drive, Kim Davis asked whether properties on Sullivan Drive could be de-annexed from the city while still receiving city water. Council discussed and stated that property owners seeking de-annexation would need to secure Rural Water service; Kim Davis said she would check on options and inform Jodie. Michael (recorded as Michael Bryant in the attendance list) provided a law enforcement update in response to council inquiries.
