At the start of the Dec. 2 meeting, the Leon Town Council approved the Nov. 4 and Nov. 18 meeting minutes. Kyle Combs moved to approve the minutes; Harley Laughlin seconded and the motion passed 3-0. Council then approved the bills as listed after a motion by Kyle Hrabe and a second from Laughlin; the motion passed 3-0.
Later in the meeting the council approved two permit items. Councilmember Kyle Hrabe moved to approve a Velocity pole permit for Jesse Rider; Hank Boucher seconded and the motion passed 5-0. Hrabe also moved to require Nathan Elliott to update his permit and to allow the existing fence to remain; Harley Laughlin seconded that motion and it passed 5-0. The minutes do not record dissenting votes or conditions beyond requiring Nathan Elliott to update his permit.
