Councilmember Kyle Hrabe moved to allow the 60-day repair period for the 605 N. Olive address and to place a resolution on the January agenda to consider an additional 30 days; Harley Laughlin seconded the motion and it passed 3-0. The motion directed Elliott to return to the council to report on progress, and the council recorded that an inspection of 204 W. Charles by a structural engineer was recommended before any final habitability determination. No enforcement timeline beyond the January resolution was set in the meeting minutes.
