Council member Kyle Hrabe moved that a resolution be drafted requiring the property at 425 W. Mechanic St. be brought into full compliance within 60 days of passage; Kyle Combs seconded and the motion passed 4-0. The council indicated the resolution would be formally passed at the next city meeting.
The council also approved a motion (moved by Kyle Hrabe, seconded by Harley Laughlin) that the fence at the property referenced with the address 212 S. Mill Rd. must meet current code by obtaining a new fence permit and providing a fully enclosed (four-sided) fence, with 120 days to achieve compliance. Council later approved the notice of order as presented (motion by Kyle Hrabe; second Harley Laughlin), which formalizes code-enforcement steps.
