Council moves six properties into Kansas Land Bank; building inspector recommends two demolitions

The council asked staff to coordinate with the City Attorney on quit-claim deeds to transfer titles into the Land Bank and approved placing all six properties into the program on a motion by Councilmember Terry Clark, seconded by Councilmember Sharon McGinness.
