Larned to split Kearney & Associates invoice 50/50 with Pawnee County, council president says 'we can't afford not to pay it'

Council President Kim Barnes said, "we can't afford not to pay it" and moved to split the cost 50/50 with the County; Councilmember Terry Clark seconded the motion and it passed. Councilmember Jason Murray asked that Barnes forward the weekly emails he receives from Kearney and said he would like Kearney to attend a meeting with the Council and County Commission.
