Ty also presented Hillside Park in Clackamas County as a larger redevelopment of about 164 units with community amenities and a conduit bond request in the packet. After discussing monitoring and service partnerships, Council member Lee moved to approve the recommendations and Council member Rogers seconded. Roll call showed five yes votes and the motion passed.
Roberto Franco, deputy director for Development and Resources, said staff would monitor compliance with MWSP/participation targets and report back to council as projects stabilize. The council did not receive oral public testimony on these items; written testimony had been filed.
