Council approves two disaster‑recovery CDBG funding recommendations

The Housing Stability Council voted to approve two Community Development Block Grant — Disaster Recovery (CDBG‑DR) funding recommendations presented at the June 5 meeting.

Amy Cole, assistant director of development resources, described the two projects brought forward under the disaster‑recovery and resiliency program: Bennu Heights Apartments (described in the packet as a 110‑unit project sponsored by the Housing Authority of Jackson County in Phoenix) and Green Family Housing (53 units in Roseburg, sponsored by Adapt Integrated Healthcare and DCM Communities).
