Library pilots adult programming and 'Library to You' outreach to reach vulnerable residents

Scott County library staff told the county board they are increasing adult programming with additional pilot funding and are expanding outreach to vulnerable residents. Staff said MELSA pilot funding will help expand creative adult programs this fall, including wellness and intergenerational events and partnerships with parks and historical societies. The library also highlighted volunteers and teens helping deliver activities in branches to increase connections across age groups.
