Board approves $181,800 contract renewal with Community and Family Resources for court-ordered detox

Michelle, appearing by Zoom for Community and Family Resources, asked Wright County supervisors to renew the county contract for court-ordered detox at $181,800 for the coming year to cover expected gaps caused by Medicaid changes. "We are looking for just a contract again this year for $181,800 dollars that really would fund just 4 detox days," Michelle said.
She said last year CFR did not have clients who used the service but that program administrators expect changes in Medicaid eligibility this year and want to be prepared for a gap in services. A supervisor moved to approve the contract; the board voted in favor and asked CFR to provide an update in January about program use and any additional funding needs.
