At the Sept. 9 meeting the Delran Township Council adopted a consent agenda that bundled routine resolutions and contract awards. The consent agenda passed unanimously on roll call.
Key items approved include Resolution 2025-157, a one-year extension with Republic Services of NJ for collection and disposal of solid waste in the amount of $961,659.00; Resolution 2025-159 authorizing annual sanitary sewer maintenance to J. Fletcher Creamer & Son for $120,959.00; and Resolution 2025-160 awarding Stewart Avenue Roadway Improvements Phase II to R. E. Pierson Construction in the amount of $930,990.90.
