Commissioners approved the resolution by voice vote.
Officials said the exercise aims to improve communication and response coordination and that employees who wish to opt out will use PTO; emergency court functions will remain available as specified in the attached local administrative order.
The resolution was adopted with no recorded opposition at the meeting.
