"We are ready to go," he told commissioners, adding that the three-day weather outlook was favorable. The commission approved the package of one-day alcohol licenses by voice vote.
Commission staff confirmed that documentation was submitted; commissioners encouraged organizers to ensure security and server certification compliance during high-attendance periods.
