Auditor Lewis told council the city completed its single audit conducted by Clark, Schaefer & Hackett and uploaded the annual comprehensive financial report to the council documents. Lewis said income-tax revenue remains down roughly 5% since May but that collections are on track: at midyear the city had collected 61.87% of projected income-tax fund revenue and 56.73% in the safety-forces fund.
Lewis referred a grant received by the fire department to finance for appropriation. Council moved and approved a motion to appropriate the grant funds as referred.
