The Bristow Municipal Authority on June 2 approved a consent agenda that included $36,550.95 in maintenance claims and a budgeted transfer of $50,000.00 from the Municipal Authority General Fund to the City General Fund. Trustee Joe Church moved the consent agenda and Trustee Kevin Deshazo seconded; the motion passed with Church, Deshazo, Green, Groom, Johns, Roberts and Witty voting Aye.
The consent agenda listed five items: (A) maintenance claims totaling $36,550.95; (B) unpaid claims of $88.17; (C) actual payroll claims of $18,289.16 for the pay period ending May 23, 2025; (D) estimated payroll claims of $19,583.96 for the pay period ending June 6, 2025; and (E) a $50,000.00 budgeted transfer to the City General Fund. No trustee comments were recorded during the vote. The approval moves those expenditures and the transfer into the municipal accounting record for implementation.
