Authority approves minutes and adjourns; trustees thank Brian Peters

Trustee Jeff Roberts moved, Trustee Brian Peters seconded, to adjourn; the motion passed by roll call with seven Aye votes. The meeting was signed by Secretary Sabrina Mounce and Chairman Kris Wyatt.
