Bristow trustees direct submission of ARPA capital-improvement plan to State

Childs said she and former councilmember and hospital board member Jeff Willford conducted a walk-through of the existing hospital and identified needed work, including the roof, the HVAC system, landscaping and repaving the driveway. Trustee Judd Johns moved and Trustee Brian Peters seconded a motion directing the Chairman and the Authority attorney to submit a capital-improvement plan to the State documenting proposed expenditures of ARPA proceeds and a plan for construction and construction management. The motion passed by roll call with Church, Fletcher, Groom, Johns, Peters, Roberts and Witty voting Aye.
