City awards parking work to Dean Collier Construction and schedules fog seal

Staff recommended awarding the work to Dean Collier Construction and the council moved and seconded the recommendation to proceed with that bidder.
"We received 2 bids, 1 from Dean Collier Construction, the amount of $29,185," a presenter said. The council recorded the roll call and approved awarding the contract to the lower bidder, with staff to finalize details.
