The applicant—introduced in the agenda as Steven Wallace and speaking during the meeting—said the Queen Anne window next to the front door would not be replaced. A commissioner asked whether larger street-facing windows could include simulated divided lites; the applicant replied that he preferred not to add them because the house contains a mix of window types and many of the oldest windows lack mullions. After discussion a motion to approve HDCR20260106 passed on roll call; one commissioner supported approval but noted reservations about window details.
