As the applicant said: “We were able to address those comments, pretty quickly. We submitted updated plans and address those comments, to city staff on Monday, July 20,” and asked the board to read the materials into the record. Staff confirmed boilerplate town plan notes were added to the submission.
Board members agreed the revisions were minor and procedural; the motion to waive 5.10 passed 5‑0. Staff said the accepted materials will be included as part of the record and that conditional approval may require staff and third‑party confirmation of the revisions prior to signature.
