The Sweetwater Union High School District board reported several personnel actions after a closed session held at its July 20 meeting. President Solis read the motions the board took in closed session, including a motion "to approve the reinstatement of 1 student" and multiple motions approving requests for leave for certificated employees; the motions recorded votes by individual trustees.
President Solis also read a motion upholding administrative findings on a complaint processed under Administrative Regulation 1312.1, which the board approved without a hearing. The board recorded roll-call votes for each action. The motions were described on the public record by the president when the meeting reconvened from closed session.
