CPUA approves consent agenda, vendor invoices and adjourns

The Carney Public Utilities Authority approved its full consent agenda, which included approval of the Nov. 13, 2025 meeting minutes, the CPUA Operators Report provided by Ginger Mendenhall, and the CPUA Revenue Report provided by Clerk Loree Foster. The consent motion was made by Lynn Hughes and seconded by Joe Simon; the minutes record a unanimous vote.
Later in the meeting the board approved routine vendor invoices on a motion by Jason Hubach, seconded by Lynn Hughes. The meeting was adjourned at 7:07 p.m. on a motion by Jason Hubach and seconded by Mayor Constance Wallace. The minutes note the agenda was posted Dec. 17, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
