Council approves 2025 CIP application documents, OKGrant signatory and related resolutions

The Bristow City Council opened a public hearing May 5 on the City of Bristow’s 2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) application and related documents. Darrin Kramer with INCOG told the council the application includes $20,000 allocated for the Capital Improvement Plan and a second $20,000 for the Comprehensive Plan; he said the work "should take about 2 years to complete."
Following the presentation, councilmembers approved the CIP Application Resolution (R1430-050525), the Citizen Participation Plan, the Anti-Displacement Plan, and the Fair Housing Resolution (R1431-050525). The council also authorized Mayor Kris Wyatt to execute the CIP application documents and granted signatory authority for OKGrant 2025 CIP items to City Clerk Sabrina Mounce.
Council recorded the votes by roll call; all motions related to the CIP and associated documents passed on recorded yeas. The LPAC Establishment Form was introduced and scheduled for formal approval at the May 19 meeting.
