Staff said Anderson Perry is under contract to design water and sewer infrastructure for multiple unconnected areas (Willowdale, Melrose, Crestview, Madras Highway pockets and others), and that projects will include pressure systems where septic is failing and designs will be kept on file for future connection efforts.
