Rochelle explained the agency had shifted costs into a dedicated urban renewal position (Ophelia) and that previously the economic development division had been smaller and more directly chargeable. "I can definitely go through that, in the economic development division and Ophelia's position and ... come up with a better cost analysis," she said. Commissioners asked that the treasurer return with a month-to-date/ year-to-date breakdown and clearer allocation of shared costs.
