The mayor said Louis Almarini was appointed as a Class C member to fill an unexpired term created by a resignation; Matthew Cummings was appointed as Class A to fill the resulting vacancy; Carolyn Robert Shaw was appointed to fill a vacancy created by a resignation; and John Connolly was appointed as Alternate #1 for a term running to Dec. 31, 2026. Term expirations were read into the record for each appointment.
Council thanked the incoming and existing volunteers and noted the Historic Preservation Commission members recently attended a state conference. The council did not take public comment on the appointments during the meeting.
