During the Nov. 10 meeting Administrator and Township Clerk Jamey Eggers provided multiple infrastructure updates.
Eggers reported that Creek Road was paved late last week on the side where a sanitary sewer extension was installed and that Burlington County is expected to pave the opposite side later in the week. She said the township awarded the contract for the sidewalk improvement project between Chester Woods and the shopping center, and noted that materials for the Vermes Field lighting project are expected to be delivered on Dec. 8.
Eggers also said the engineer is completing survey work and preparing preliminary concept plans for Red Stone Ridge drainage improvements, and that work is underway on preliminary permits and construction plans for sanitary sewer and streambank stabilization on Bridgeboro Road. The transcript records these operational items but does not include procurement amounts, permit filing dates or contractor schedules beyond the delivery date for lighting materials.
Residents seeking project schedules, contract values or permit timelines should contact the township engineering or clerk’s office for the project-specific documents and bid records.
