Board issues three administrative orders approving settlements and closing record

For CYMA Orchids Corporation (admin order 2026-07, June 10) the board approved a formal bilateral settlement agreement; Wonderful Nurseries LLC (admin order 2026-08, June 11) approved the investigative hearing examiner's recommendation to close the record; and Rastegar Farms Management Inc (admin order 2026-09, July 2) approved a formal bilateral settlement agreement tied to underlying decisions cited in the report.
Santiago said the orders are posted on the board's website in the meetings tab and noted the underlying ALRB citations where applicable. No member questions or votes were recorded in the meeting on these orders.
