Carney CPUA approves multiple project payments, tables Heartland claim

Separately, the board considered payment to Heartland Utility Services LLC regarding Project CA-22-02 (ODOT Sewer Line Relocation) but voted to table the payment decision to next month after an executive session under 25 Okla. Stat. § 307. The board approved a $14,600.00 quote (quote #15465) from Edwards Equipment to rehab a lift station; an OMAG claim (claim #218119-1-MR) related to the issue has been filed.
