The applicant presented operational details: Richard Beals said the school will use staggered start times (08:30 and 08:45) and staggered release times (about 03:00–03:45 depending on grade), currently serves about 48 students and proposed county maximum enrollment is 96. Eisman and Beals said staggered schedules and the applicant's trip estimates informed the county traffic review. The applicant indicated willingness to meet the conditions recommended by staff, including providing bicycle parking and reserving 12 vehicle spaces for school use during school hours.
The hearings officer left the record open for written materials; the technical exhibits and any additional engineering detail submitted before the July 30 deadline will inform the final decision.
