Trustees asked whether the vendor offers bilingual document translation; Olivares said the district has not purchased that module and that staff currently provide translations orally or manually but would request a quote for the bilingual feature and report back. After questions about funding and compatibility, the board approved the renewal so the special education department retains access beginning Aug. 1.
