Lynn Hughes moved to approve the consent agenda and Greg Rose seconded; the minutes record the vote as unanimous among trustees present.
Later in the meeting trustees approved vendor invoices and payroll by motion of Jason Hubach, seconded by Lynn Hughes, also recorded as unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 6:31 p.m.; the agenda had been posted at Carney Town Hall and the Community Center on Feb. 11, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
