Carney trustees unanimously approve consent agenda including November minutes and carwash report

The council presented a consent agenda of routine items (a–x) including approval of the Nov. 13, 2025 CMDTA meeting minutes, receipt and filing of a carwash revenue report provided by Ginger Mendenhall, and approval of vendor invoices. "A motion was made by Lynn Hughes, 2" by Jason Hubach to approve consent agenda. Yea: All Opposed: None," the minutes record. The motion carried unanimously.
The approval was routine: the minutes, the revenue report and the invoices were placed on the record as received or approved with no separate discussion or removal from the consent agenda. No member requested further action on those items.
