"We will target ending tonight's meeting at 8PM," Commissioner Ed Hartman said at the start of the session.
The subcommittee also gave staff direction on application checklists for APC/BZA review, sought to specify which county offices would receive insurance or escrow documentation, and set a tentative follow‑up meeting for July 29 to continue drafting.
