Board agrees to engage ISBA to expand superintendent search outreach

The superintendent and trustees indicated a preference for ISBA option 1 to establish a timeline, determine key qualifications, and advertise the opening; a motion to utilize ISBA assistance (option 1) was made and seconded.
Trustees noted engaging ISBA does not preclude accepting other direct applications and emphasized the goal of attracting a strong candidate pool.
