Several members supported moving forward but requested a revised cost package showing where cuts could be made. The Economic Development Corporation’s fund balance and timing for any additional PFC draw were discussed; no formal appropriation vote occurred at the workshop. Staff offered to return detailed cost figures and potential reductions at a subsequent meeting so council could decide whether to increase PFC funding.
