Board plans outside review of stipend policy (Policy 15-20) as part of larger compensation review

The staff member said the review will examine stipends broadly, not just administrative stipends, and noted some stipends have not been adjusted for 20 years.
When asked when the topic would return to the agenda, the staff member said an initial meeting was scheduled for the 20th and the board would place the item on a future agenda once information was gathered. Board members suggested the goal is a fair approach across the county.
