The Board of Trustees of the Village of Four Seasons on July 8 formally read and accepted a resignation that created a vacancy in the trusteeship. The resolution on the record names the departing trustee and sets the effective date of the resignation as 07/08/2026.
The board then appointed and administered the oath of office to Dennis Michael. "I, Dennis Michael, have been appointed trustee at Village of Four Seasons, Missouri," the newly sworn trustee said while repeating the oath to support the U.S. and Missouri constitutions and to discharge the duties of the office. Trustees welcomed him to the board; one trustee said the departing member had "done a great job for our community here" and the board expressed appreciation for past service. The board directed the village clerk to enter the resignation and appointment into the official record.
