She outlined downtown projects including a mural at the KWBG building, wayfinding signage, and two Main Street Iowa funding opportunities: a challenge grant (up to $100,000) for catalytic projects and an open-for-business grant (up to $25,000) supporting a terrace expansion project that advanced to the statewide top 12.
Stecker asked council members to continue business outreach and collaboration with partner organizations to sustain reinvestment and programming.
