The ordinance breaks the appropriation into $1,000,000 for sanitary sewer improvements tied to the 2025 Roadway Improvement Program (including Bentwood Drive, Yardley Road and others), $283,000 for sewer utility system improvements (including UV module replacement) and $130,000 for preliminary replacement costs with specified periods of usefulness. During public comment Christina Adryan asked the township to consider budgeting for sewer repairs and upgrades rather than issuing bonds. The ordinance authorizes bond anticipation notes as permitted by the Local Bond Law and requires the CFO to report any note sales at a subsequent meeting.
