Speaker 1 said the only item on the commissioners' agenda was expenditures and moved to approve the agenda; Speaker 2 seconded the motion and the board voted verbally in favor.
The board then considered expenditures. Speaker 1 moved to approve expenditures and Speaker 2 seconded; participating members voiced agreement. With those items complete the commissioners adjourned the special meeting so the Board of Health could meet. No further substantive business or public testimony occurred in the commissioners portion of the session.
