Mutschler described deliverables and payment terms and emphasized the agency's full cost-recovery posture. "The project budget, $24,008.76," she said, and added that "0.5 of this is payable upon execution with the remainder payable at the time of completion of the report and acceptance." Board members asked for examples of comparable communities and the presenter named several past clients and use cases. The board did not take a final vote on the contract at this meeting; the TEEX participation contract remained on the agenda for future consideration.
